2007/12/18 My quotes"Hind sight is 20-20. Given that we would be back then again, we'd probably
do the same things. For everything we did then, is what makes us what we are
today." In reply to the question: You wake up one morning to find that your life has changed. You have gone back in time and nothing you had before exists. Do you change any of the mistakes you made? What do you do? 2005/12/19 My Zodiac SignThe Scales

"I like women to behave like women. I like them strong, assertive, attractive, and passionatly a woman..." ![]()
IT WAS ONLY after careful deliberation that I decided to post a profile here. Self-promotion on a mass scale is definitely NOT one of my strengths—or weaknesses. (This I consider to be a matter of personal preference, and consequently subject to numerous interpretations.) I am, at times, somewhat shy and reserved and or very busy at times—however, appropriately so, and not to be misconstrued as aloof.
I BELIEVE that intellectual compatibility is one of the most potent of aphrodisiacs—the result of which can be a mutually-explosive meeting of the mind, body and soul.
A QUOTATION:
"GO PLACIDLY amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story;
BE YOURSELF. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings;
MANY FEARS are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should;
THEREFORE be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labours and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world."
I refer to it from time to time. It calms my spirit and refreshes my perspective. I sincerely hope it does the same for you.
